FAQ

If I can't find the exact product that is needed for our convention on this website, are there any other product options?

Yes. Contact your Convention Services Manager and let them know the type of product you want. They can resource ideas with our Retail Department and try to find the product that best suits your needs.

How much time is needed to produce the products once we place an order using this website?

Our normal production time is 45 days. However, if you opt to have your logo printed on the items (available only on some of the products), it will increase the production time by at least two weeks. The precise production time will depend upon how quickly you email your logo artwork with authorization, and final approval is given on the samples ("product proofs"). Any changes could delay the delivery.

Rush orders are possible depending on the specific product requested. In cases where expedited processing is available, RUSH SHIPPING charges will apply. Otherwise, shipping is via ABF Truck or UPS Ground. Please speak with your Convention Services Manager for details.

Is there a minimum order with any of the merchandise on this website?

Yes. Due to the fact that these are custom products and produced exclusively for Bellagio and your event, there are minimum quantity requirements. These minimums will vary between 24 and 50 items except for the coffee mugs and wine glasses which have a minimum order of 144.

You should also know that each apparel item has a minimum quantity requirement of 48 pieces; however, you can mix and match colors and sizes to reach this level. For example, you could order the Sport Shirt and request 30 Large Navy, 10 Small White and 8 X-Large Black.

Please contact your Convention Services Manager if you want to make special arrangements for less than minimum orders (possible in some cases).

If I'm adding my logo to a product item, is it possible for you to send us a product proof of the item that we are ordering?

For items with logo personalization, we will send you a sample product proof for your review and approval. Once the sample proof is approved, we will produce your custom order. Note: We want to be make sure you are completely happy with your order, however changes and further sample proofs could delay the scheduled delivery.

Will BELLAGIO be sending an order confirmation?

Yes. Once you place your order with Bellagio Convention Services, you will receive an email confirmation. Due to custom production on the order, you will have 72 hours to cancel the order for any reason. After that time, we would charge for any fees incurred with product production.

How will MGM MIRAGE be shipping products ordered on this website?

Unless otherwise instructed by you, they will be received and held at The Bellagio Warehouse. Your Convention Services Manager will make sure that your order is brought to your event location. All orders are shipped via ABF Truck or UPS Ground unless other shipping arrangements have been authorized.

What are the options for our logo location?

As you view the products on this web site, the "Add To Cart" option will display the ordering screen. If a product has the logo personalization option, it will be shown on the "Add To Cart" page. It is here that the location option(s) for your logo will be described.
